Hi, like you have already noticed there are currently some problems with PHP.net mailing list (http://news.php.net/php.webmaster/26312 and http://news.php.net/php.webmaster/26284). When you follow Hannes suggestion from http://news.php.net/php.webmaster/26304 and try to subscribe via mail to "php
