Hi everybody! There have been raised some concerns regarding the maintenability of the Wiki (its implementation, not its contents). I just made a diff to stock DokuWiki, and the situation doesn't look too bad, after all. :) The only modifications to the actual DokuWiki I found are the minor ones related to the registration (basically commit 583d2c1[1]).
Then there are a few modifications to the doodle2 plugin[2]. There is a diff in the repo[3], but it is slightly outdated. The include plugin[4] doesn't match any officially released version, but it seems there are no customizations, but it's rather something in between the 2011-01-01 and 2011-07-19 releases. Other than these, the only non-bundled plugins are custom plugins (phpbugid, phpcvs and phpml). Maybe I'm missing something, but otherwise up-to-date diffs for the few changes to DokuWiki and the doodle2 plugin seem to be sufficient to ensure bearable maintenability.
