[PHP-WEBMASTER] Problems at PHP5.3.29 installation

My name is Mihai Popescu from, Bucharest,
 Romania. I want
to install PHP on my Windows7.0 PC with IIS activated. I found on PHP site only
one non threaded version of PHP msi installation file, witch is
php-5.3.29-nts-Win32-VC9-x86.msi. When I want to install it the following
message appears: „The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing
this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is
2356". Did I make any mistake with installation?
