I just want to report a little bug in your website php.net. When I visit for
example http://www.php.net/setcookie; php.net redirects me to the russian
version of the website :’). I live in Belgium and I’m not using proxy servers.
English would be just fine.

You probably accessed a russian manual page when clicking on a search
result at some point.
We then remember your last accessed language and keep using that.
If you switch to english translation then we'll remember that for your
next request.
