[PHP-DOC] [HEADSUP] New phpweb branch

Hi all Now that I've started to implement the new designs from AOE media I've created a new phpweb (and php-master-web) branch, NEW_LOOK_2008. The only pages that look fine for now are index.php and most of the manual pages. There shouldn't be that much work in updating the rest of the pages, but
