Will PhD get its own bug-tracking category at bugs.php.net?
There will be such a category. I started the removal of livedocs (all
previously open bugs are now marked Won't Fix) but I disagree with
how precedent is set to re-categorize bugs from removed categories
(like livedocs) as "Unknow

Until then, I'd like to note that someones ./config.php file was
accidentally added the repository. :-P Can someone delete it?
