Hi!
I'm not sure if I have access to fix the php.net website, so I'm posting
this problem here instead.
When I edit a manual note, I click the Edit button and a popup box comes
up. I then type my edit in and hit "Preview." The post shows up with a
preview of the message and the text box to re-ent
