The current PHP Online manual provided at http://www.php.net/manual/en/ is dated 2003-08-12. However, the downloadable version located at http://www.php.net/distributions/manual/php_manual_en.tar.bz2 is from april (18-04-2003).
Is there any way to download a recent version of the manuals? A few month ago, the downloadable version was updated nearly every day, maybe by an automated script.
We have problems with the automatic updates currently. You can see that translated version are even older than that. If you use windows, I would suggest the CHM, which is updated much more regularly.
