I would wait until we change the manual to the new installation part,
because now you need to make changes in manual.xml.in,
scripts/file_entities.php.in and livedocs in order to do a make test.
The windows section also needs a huge rewrite...

The windows manual instructions should be completely rewritten. Which
will mean some modifications throughout the whole windows part. The
MacOS and Linux
