it works. And PDO has mixed case names too. And so does SPL, SDO,
simplexml, domxml and probab
They are treated like any other extension, so you just commit
them. But please be sure the file names are lowercased.

Are there any guidelines for merging PECL module docs into the
manual (as I understand that's the only way one can publish them)?
