just to prevent confusion: There is nothing to do in translation.xml,
just the historical Translators
should be maintained extra.
But to prevent the active de-translators from (IMHO) unnecessarary work,
I have 2 proposals, and I'd volunteer for the necessary work to realize
that:
1.) Mea
