As far as I have seen 'php' is not included in the CVS module and
mailing list names, just when particularly needed ('php-src').

And yes test bed for lives docs would be good, and up and till know I didn't
know of the existence of docs.php.net and a big +1 on our own bug list :)
Shove un documented functions in there and we can assign them to our selves

Making the notes more bigger part of the docs always has been a dream :)
Doc suggestions won't be lost when deleting a note about it..
