In theory it would be better to merge all changes from HEAD to
REF_STRUCT_DEV, but due to the amount of changes in HEAD lately that
is alot of work so when we merge from the branch later we just have to
be careful to not rollback the changes.

Hello,
If I have added a new function in the manual last week (new XML file),
should I MFH it to that branch and/or other branches? Or should I just
let it alone not to clash with anyone else's work?
