I'll look into this - but it may have something to do with the document
encoding wherever you're including your news. Try putting this in the
head:
meta http-equiv=Content-Type content=text/html; charset=utf-8/

- I've mostly translante the whole phpns in french for my own use and some
friends but actually there's a huge problem. We are using accent mark a lot
like à,é,ü,ô and ç. But i canno't post a title with these, the result is quite
different (ex. à èé instead of àèé)
