Missing Weather Descriptor?

I think there is a missing weather descriptor 'MI' for 'shallow' for
version 1.52. 'MI' is missing from $weather_array, but is looked for
within the long ereg() function call. I checked some of the language
include files and 'MI' is missing in them also.
