Comment #7 on issue 61 by mr0...@mro.name: Investigate SVG support http://code.google.com/p/piccolo2d/issues/detail?id=61 Yes, I (almost) fully agree and consider it more an experiment to investigate feasability and wanted to see if it attracts contributors. 1) Yes, though I consider javascript support not crucial. 2) Yes, though there's only 1 w3c standard vector language. 3) No, as those don't give you programmatic access to the scene-graph post loading AFAIK. At the moment you cannot design scenes in svg and use them from a java program as a view layer. Think of svg as the view persistence format and p2d the controllers in a MVC approach.
