I could not find any ready-to-install picolisp-Package for the raspberry Pi.

Instead, with the help of this list, by searching mail-archive.com/picolisp@software-lab.de for the 'arm'-Thread as of March 2013, which was discussed by Tomas, Rick and Alex, it was an ease of changing the Makefile and compile successfully PiL 3.1.8.0 C without any troubles (Raspbian and ArchLinux).

Additionally, the hint concerning IPv4 immediately directed me to use Archlinux for that raspberry box, so that picolisp can act as a Raspberry-Pi(L)server as well.
