Hello there, list!
Is there anyone who's actively working on porting the 64-bit source of picoLisp
to OSX?
Can anybody point me to any (partial) work on the matter or discussions on the
major hiccups a coder would have to face?
Thanks!
Ciao,
Illo.
PS: I'm no expert at picoLisp, 64-bit intel
as well. I hope I will have enough spare time in the near future to face
the challenge, and in that case I will make sure to profit from your experience
on the matter.
Ciao,
Illo.--

I take a serious look at
picoLisp, and I hope some day to have the time to port pil64 on OSX -- although
I hope /Mr.Burger/ will do it a lot sooner ;)

Illo.

[2] hence (maybe) the option -falign
, it is a lot slower in some cases (as trivial as interpreting huge CSV
files that cannot be converted to picolisp DBs because they change every single
day). Personally, I will stick with pil32: it may show its age, but it works
its magic anyway.

Illo.

wrote a patch for picoLisp (32bit) two
years ago but since then I lost interested in the project and I'm not sure it's
still applicable to the current source.
Happy hacking!
