Darwin Port for 64-bit PicoLisp

Hi all, the Darwin entries in src64/Makefile are pretty useless, as the port was never completed. It doesn't build as we have no input from the Mac community concerning the position-independent code format. If nobody has any objections, I would remove that 'Darwin' entry from src64/Makefile. I
