There seems to be some confusion of why user documentation links were removed from the wiki page. The main reason is that they migrated to the main site (hadoop.apache.org/pig). They have migrated for two reasons: (1) versioning and (2) access control. I don't think we want to maintain links in two places because I think it is confusing and because it is not possible to version so we have to choose one version to link to. The wiki is intended for un-versioned documents such as design docs, proposed functionality, procedures, etc. Unless I hear strong objections, I will clean up the User Documentation section on wiki sometimes tomorrow.
