Test results:

Nvidia GeForce 840M - NVIDIA 346.47:
atmoic counters - pass
samplers - fail
interface blocks - fail

The Nvidia driver fails because is doesn't support interfce block AoA
and because it doesn't seem to think the sampler AoA goes over the
limit if I change the sampler to a 4 element single dimension array it passes.
