the translations are hosted on Launchpad:

It's been ages since anything has happened with Pingus releases, so
there is no guarantee that your translation will be included at this
point. Players could still drop the .po file in the correct place to

I'm not a Pingus developer, so I don't know anything about the file format.

Pootle would be a good FLOSS alternative, but we'd probably need to run

We should also consider moving off Launchpad and onto a translation
platform that allows fuzzy matches, like Transifex or Pootle.

it is now 1 1/2 years since I translated Pingus into Scottish Gaelic.
Since then, 17 other languages have had updates in their translations,
11 of which are at 99% or 100%.
So, how are things going on the development side? Have there been big

I have now found that the project is on Launchpad, so I have been able
to fix the missing strings in The Scottish Gaelic translation. I have
trouble with one string though:
