Blackboard paint is used to paint blackboards. It is some sort of acrylic
paint; you wash out the brushes in water. Over here in the UK it is easily
bought in 'DIY' (Do it yourself) stores. It is wonderful because it is
quick drying, matt, non reflective, black (of course) and sticks to most

The point being that some spray paints actually seem to dry before they
hit the surface to be painted, causing dust and a delicate surface.
Brushing on paint removes that problem.
Blackboard paint I assume is paint intended to turn a surface into a
chalkboard. I've seen it in hardware stores and
on as a possible solution.
