The 405 film pack holder uses 4x5 pack film. This is similar to the more familiar 2.75x3.75 pack film; i.e. you load 10 sheets at a time and can't change a pack until it's empty. The back is also thicker, but probably no more so than a Grafmatic back. The 4x5 pack film IS available, but is harder

You want a 545 version film holder for using contemporary 4x5 sheet films, check the Polaroid site (film data sheets at http://instantphoto.polaroid.com/service/filmdatasheets/index.html).
