Heres my 2 cents worth on how I made my sink.
I took three 2x12s and routered out a 1/2" deep grove
on the side (long side) and then cut some 1" pieces of
ply wood and glued them all together by glueing the
strips of plywood in between each piece and clamping
it together I used the same t
I made huge "sinks" for a project at work. Four of them each 3 ft wide and 11
ft long, 6 inches deep.
The have been used for 3 or 4 years without any leaking.
I made the sinks out of plywood, but lined them with 1/8 inch PVC sheet
plastic. I had the plastic formed
at a shop to a U shape to

I've just built a darkroom and a new sink. It's 8 foot x 22 inches. I want
to build some wooden strips/runners to line the bottom so the trays are off
the bottom and allow the water and chemicals to flow through to the drain.
What is a go
