For the latest upgrade the terminal shows
Setting up cyrus-common-2.2 (2.2.13-14+b1) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/init.d/cyrus2.2 ...
Creating/updating cyrus user account...
The user `cyrus' is already a member of `sasl'.
Creating/updating cyrus control directories in /var/lib/cyrus...
Creating/updating partition spool /var/spool/cyrus/mail...

It's been at the last step for at least 15 minutes, and probably has
many more to go.

Is this really necessary with an existing installation?  I thought I saw
a bug about this awhile ago, and that the problem was supposed to have
been fixed.  Certainly not fixed for me!
