write permissions for our git.
I propose that you initially create your own branch and I (or other
current maintainers) will respond to your pull requests (rebased on
top of debian-sid branch).

I have updated the patch 30-... to match the 2.4.5, we still fix some
extra WS and /bin/sh wrappers to call perl directly. You should
always do quilt push -f and check all rejects manually.
