I've detected a bunch of Go packages which do not build from source
because they use tzdata without a build-dependency.
This will not happen if tzdata is installed by default, but such package

test failures today while working on updating another package that this
one depends upon.
Given there are currently no rdeps on this package itself, and that
it was packaged to support packaging
