[pkg-go] Bug#894862: Bug#894862: dh-golang: DH_GOPKG is empty in debian/rules, while documentation states that it's automatically set
dpkg-buildpackage calls debian/rules (see https://people.debian.org/~stapelberg//2016/11/25/build-tools.html), which calls debhelper, including Debian::Debhelper::Buildsystem::golang(3pm), which uses the DH_GOPKG variable (either from the environment, i.e. via debian/rules, or from debian/control). In other words: the value you specify in debian/control unfortunately cannot be made available in debian/rules. If you need to use DH_GOPKG in debian/rules, I recommend to define it both in debian/control and in debian/rules as well. This issue should be fixed with a documentation update. Could you supply a patch please? You know best at which point the wording becomes clear enough :). Thanks! [pkg-go] Moving to the salsa-hosted team website
Hello! The repository hosted at: - https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/website/ Produces the website at: - https://go-team.pages.debian.net/website/ I suggest that we take down the website (maybe replace it with links pointing to the new one) hosted at: - https://pkg-go.alioth.debian.org The following places (at least) point to the Alioth website: - https://github.com/Debian/dh-make-golang/blob/master/README.md - https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianGoTeam - https://wiki.debian.org/MichaelStapelberg/GoPackaging Michael, can you point the Alioth website to the new one? I think that a message stating that the website has moved, with a link, is sufficient. [pkg-go] Miners in my community
Dear Sir,In a meeting held with the local miners in my community, we have reached an understanding for me to source for a genuine gold buyer. They have always suffered forceful and intimidating kind of trading by the government and its refineries. Thus it was agreed that direct contact should be made.If you are truly serious to buy gold. I have been mandated to negotiate and make you comfortable so that you can come and buy. They will be interested in a long term contract after the first trench. I’ll not be able to attend in person. I’d be happy to review any material you come up with for the talk, though :). In case there’ll be another BoF like last year, I’d like to participate online as timezones permit. Thanks!
