I've committed quick draft for splitting "golang-gogoprotobuf-dev" into "golang-github-gogo-protobuf-dev" and "gogoprotobuf": https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-go/packages/golang-gogoprotobuf.git/commit/?id=50b9e4dc Could you have a look if everything is OK please? Also can we please re-license packaging from BSD-3-clause to BSD-2-clause?
