Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

I've fixed the qgis package to not build the internal pyspatialite and
use the Debian package instead.

The interal build was erroniously re-enabled after merging the upstream
package changes.
