Bug#802813: osmcoastline: Fails to build with GDAL 2.0

I've patched osmcoastline to build successfully with GDAL 2.0 as
mentioned in the upstream bug report:

The patch is included in the package available in git:

I'm waiting for feedback from upstream before uploading a new
osmcoastline revision with this patch.

Dear Maintainer,

osmcoastline (2.1.1-1) FTBFS due to missing compatibility
with GDAL/OGR 2.0:

 error: invalid conversion from 'GDALDriver*' to 'OGRSFDriver*'

This issue should be forwarded to the (empty) upstream issue:

 https://github.com/osmcode/osmcoastline/issues/15

The severity of this issue will be increased to serious when the GDAL
2.0 transition starts.

There are no GDAL 2.0.1 packages available in experimental yet, because
they first need to pass the NEW queue. This issue was triaged using
locally built GDAL 2.0.1 packages from the experimental-2.0 branch:
