According to the Ubuntu bug report:
This is no longer an issue in the upstream SVN. All that needs to
happens is for the package to be updated
In case that is not true here is what needs to be done:
GpsDrive is correctly listed in Science Engineering Geography.
So all that's needed to

Severity: minor
The debian section that this package appears in, is incorrect, as specified
in launchpad bug https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/498705
.
