Package: gdal
Version: 1.7.3

Libdap 3.10.2 dropped a function
  which makes some packages such as libcitygml FTBFS

Should we rebuild gdal to fit this modification?

/usr/lib64/libgdal1.7.0.so: undefined reference to
 `libdap::AISConnect::AISConnect(std::basic_string<char,
std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> > const&)'

The upstream bug report.
