What's the reason to embed a double versioning scheme in the package name? Is it anyway better than using a simple libgdal-1.3.1 name? It appears a bit confusing in respect with consolidated conventions, consider that release team or QA could also add/require a suffix from time to time due to periodical :) C++ ABI changes... -- Francesco P.
