Bug#734599: libsnappy-java: Fails with FAILED_TO_LOAD_NATIVE_LIBRARY

snappy-java doesn't build its JNI bindings. SnappyNative.cpp should be compiled as a libsnappyjava.so shared library and installed in a libsnappy-java package. The missing maxCompressedLength method reported by Oliver is actually defined in SnappyNative.cpp. I'll prepare an update with these
