Note a non-utf8 character before the last Closes: bug number. This is
currently breaking nm.debian.org changelog parsing in a way that I
cannot fix.

I'm trying to see how to get data in dak cleaned as a temporary fix, but
can you please upload a new version with a fixed changelog soon?
