I don't think it's possible to combine jetty8 with libtomcat8-java.
Tomcat 8 uses the Servlet API 3.1 and JSP 2.3, but Jetty 8 uses the
Servlet API 3.0 and JSP 2.2. I haven't tried but it's likely to break at
runtime if the JSP compiler relies on Servlet 3.1 features.
We should instead package jet
