If I'm not mistaken we already have that one, it's the all/pom.xml file
in the source tree. We shouldn't have to store a copy in the debian
directory.

Ahh, you are correct.  Does 60bcd2c9e65c9f2fde7f107ee56783ebaf98941c
install the maven artefacts correctly?

I can't test since I have not found a way to work around the lombok
issue.
