I injected a packaging skeleton for juniper[1] since I need it for some
dependency. Unfortunately I have no idea how to trigger the build in
d/rules. Any hint how to do this properly?

I'm packaging the node module named vinyl-source-stream but it depends that
node-vinyl > 2.1.0.
Today in Debian node-vinyl is 2.0.1.
Could you update it?
