In this case, all such packages should agree upon the place where the common directory should be (/usr/share/nodejs/rollup-plugin-typescript looks fine to me). With node-rollup-plugin-typescript built from git master, I get this error, I tried to symlink /usr/share/nodejs/tslib to node_modules but got the same error.
