retitle 760297 libjs-mediaelement: should (build and) ship Flash or Silverlight parts thanks
Point of this bug is a) that the package is useless without those parts (hence "should" instead of "please") and need only one of the fallbacks for proper media element implementations (hence "or" instead of "and").
