Apparently, your system is having a dangling symlink
/etc/apache2/conf-available/javascript-common.conf -
/etc/javascript-common/javascript-common.conf
that prevents the installation of package javascript-common.
javascript-common has been broken for a while in sid, since apache2.4 is out.

Build-Depends to yui-compressor and generates jquery.min.js. That's
it.
I recommend against using a different and inferior compressor than the
one well tested upstream: uglify.
