I'm definitely not confident of this, as I'm not familiar with the
javascript packaging/versioning/upgrades policy. Hence why I asked the
maintainer to _investigate_ this situation, as they have better
knowledge than me on this front, not to simply switch over.

Hi,

The current source for the tablesorter plugin seems to be the original
one at http://tablesorter.com. However, this version hasn't been
updated in more than 5 years, and in the meantime a fork has appeared
at https://github.com/Mottie/tablesorter that actually seems alive.

Could you please investigate switching over to this one? It seems to
fix many bugs and is maintained, so it might make sense to do so.
