as described in https://bugs.debian.org/842022, contextify is baseline now, so an explicit dependency on node-contextify is no longer needed. The package builds fine without it. I've prepared an NMU for validator.js (versioned as 4.7.1+dfsg1-1.1) and will seek a sponsor to upload. Please feel free to tell me if I should delay it longer or cancel the upload.
