The 'rdepends' command is broken ; the reason is that the api to do the
request wasn't official and has been removed, see:
https://github.com/npm/registry/issues/231
Currently the best way to get it back might be to parse the pages like:
https://www.npmjs.com/browse/depended/MODULE_NAME
