node-iconv-lite
That package is quite difficult to deal with - copyright issues, lots of
files to be downloaded and rebuilded. I tried and abandoned it in
favor of node-iconv (a simpler mess to deal

I was still trying to upload the NMU to DELAYED/15 (20 didn't exist) but
dput was complaining that it could not find the deb file, while it was
there. In a last resort I tried to upload without DELAY and try to kill
if it would start
