About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.

This bug seem fixed elsewhere in the chain: None of the changes for the
subsequent 0.3.2-2 release affect the build itself. Since this bug was
discovered several years ago, the bug might be in vows, but hard to say
by now.
