Hi Maintainer

Since the upload of nodejs 8.9.3, node-once has FTBFS [1] and
autopkgtests have been failing [2] with errors similar to the
following:

ok 1166 - should be equivalent
ok 1167 - should be equivalent
ok 1168 - should be equivalent
ok 1169 - expect truthy value
ok 1170 - should be equivalent
ok 1171 - should be equivalent
ok 1172 - should be equivalent
ok 1173 - expect truthy value
    # time=3901.372ms
    1..0 # no tests found
        # test count(1173) != plan(null)
        # failed 1 of 1173 tests
    1..0 # no tests found
not ok 1 - test/once.js # SKIP no tests found

1..1
# failed 1 test
# skip: 1
# time=9638.788ms

I believe this is similar to the unreliable timing in tests being
discussed in #853035.

Regards
Graham
