What is your goal? JavaScript is used for a great many things in Debian;
if I read your request literally, you want all those programs not to
work.

I don't know what you mean by “do not interfere”. Certainly very many
sites are designed to assume JavaScript in the browser; those will work
poorly, and a subset of those will not work at all, if you disable
JavaScript in the browser. Is that what you mean by interference?

One browser that has no JavaScript interpreter is Links (available in
the Debian package ‘links’. I hope that satisfies.
